Big Ocean이 오는 10월 21일 수요일, 일산 빛마루센터에서 ENA K-POP UP CHART SHOW 녹화에 참여합니다!
파도 분들을 이 현장에 초대합니다!

1. 행사 정보
• 날짜: 2026년 10월 21일 (수)
• 방송명: ENA K-POP UP CHART SHOW
• 진행 장소: 일산 빛마루센터 (경기 고양시 일산동구 태극로 60)
• 참여 가능 인원: 10명 (+예비 3명)
• 1차 명단 확인 및 팔찌 배부 : PM 16:50 ~ 17:00 (KST)
• 2차 참여자 확인 : PM 17:30
• 집결 장소: 일산 빛마루센터 앞 (당일 X에 사진 공지)

※유의사항※
1차 팔찌 배부 시간에 참석하지 못한 분은 명단에서 제외된 후, 예비 명단 순번대로 연락이 갈 것입니다. 
2차 확인에는 팔찌 및 명단 확인을 한 번 더 진행한 후, 현장 입장 안내를 도와드릴 예정이니 시간 맞춰 꼭 참석 부탁드립니다.
1차 팔찌 배부에 참석하셨더라도 2차 확인에 불참시 누락될 예정이니 당일 1차 팔찌 배부 때에 꼭 현장 스태프의 공지를 잘 들어주세요!
 

2. 참여 신청 안내
• 신청 기간: 2026년 10월 16일 (금) 12:00 ~2026년 10월 17일 (토) 24:00

• 참여 조건 및 방식
 - 빅오션 비스테이지 가입회원
 - 선착순으로 진행

• 신청 방법 : 비스테이지 서베이 신청

• 서베이 작성 항목
 - 이름 (Name)
 - 생년월일 (Date of Birth)
 - 휴대폰 번호 (Contact Number in Korea)
 - 이메일 주소 (E-mail address)

• 결과 발표: 2026년 10월 19일 (월) 12:00

• 별도 준비물
 - 신분증 (*본인 확인이 가능한 신분증 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 청소년증&가족관계증명서 원본 동시 확인(학생증 불가), 외국인 등록증, 기간 만료 전의 여권 (프린트나 핸드폰으로 촬영 혹은 캡쳐 신분증 사진 X)
 - 빅오션 비스테이지 마이페이지(회원 정보 화면) (캡처 화면 불가)
 - [THE GREATEST BATTLE] 실물 앨범 (단체버전)

3. 참여 유의사항
* ENA K-POP UP CHART SHOW 방청은 만 15세(2011년생)미만 관람 불가입니다.
 (부모 동반시에도 입장 불가)
* 정해진 티켓 배부 시간 외에는 티켓 배부가 진행되지 않습니다.
* 신청자 본인만 입장 가능하며, 타인에 양도 및 판매는 불가합니다. (적발 시 행사 참여 불가)
* 입장 팔찌 분실 및 훼손 시 어떠한 경우에도 일절 재발행이 불가하니 관리에 유의해주시기 바랍니다. (분실 및 훼손 시 입장 불가)
* 예비 인원은 당일 불참 인원이 발생할 경우에 한해 현장에서 연락드릴 예정입니다. 따라서 현장에 도착하시더라도 최종 입장이 불가할 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
* 좌석은 전체 스탠딩석으로 운영됩니다. 
* 방청석 입장 순서와 자리 배치는 녹화 당일 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
* 녹화 시작 이후 중도 퇴장 및 이동은 불가하며, 중간에 퇴장 시 재입장이 절대 불가합니다.
* 본 녹화는 휴대폰 촬영을 포함한 모든 종류의 촬영 및 녹음이 금지되며, 카메라 소지 시 입장이 불가한 관계로 입장 시 소지품 검사가 필수로 진행됩니다. 
* 행사 현장에서 사전에 협의되지 않은 개인 스트리밍 방송, 사진, 영상 촬영 및 녹음 행위를 금지합니다. 적발 시 기기 압수 및 퇴장 조치되며, 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 훼손 등에 대해서는 책임지지 않으니 협조 부탁드립니다.
* 이 사항을 어기고 카메라 지참 후 입장하거나 촬영 적발 시 즉시 퇴장 조치하며, 카메라 훼손에 대한 책임은 당사자에게 있습니다. 특히, 미발매된 아티스트의 무대를 촬영할 경우 그 자리에서 경고 없이 즉시 퇴장합니다.
(위 사항을 위반할 경우 강력한 조치가 취해질 수 있으며, 당사는 이에 대한 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.)
* 입장 시 휴대폰 카메라 렌즈에 촬영 방지 스티커가 필수로 부착될 예정입니다.
* 응원봉 및 응원 도구 지참 가능합니다.
* 녹화장 내에는 뚜껑이 있는 생수만 반입 가능하며, 기타 음식물은 반입 금지입니다.
* 안전 관계상 슬리퍼 및 크록스 착용은 삼가해 주세요.
* 편지는 아티스트에 직접 전달이 불가하며, 현장 스태프를 통해서만 전달 가능합니다.
* 편지 이외의 선물은 받지 않습니다. 이 점 유의바랍니다.
* 현장 상황에 따라, 시간 및 세부 일정은(명단 확인 시간 및 장소)는 변동 가능성이 있습니다. 변동 시, 빅오션 공식 트위터(@Big_O_cean)를 통해 안내되오니 공식 트위터를 자주 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
* 공지 미숙지로 인해 현장에서 생기는 불이익은 책임지지 않습니다.
* 녹화 당일 교통 혼잡이 예상되오니, 가급적 대중교통을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.

Big Ocean will participate in the recording of the ENA K-POP UP CHART SHOW at the Ilsan Bitmaru Center on Wednesday, October 21! 
We invite Pado to join us at the venue!
 

1. Event Information

• Date: Wednesday, October 21, 2026
• Show Title: ENA K-POP UP CHART SHOW
• Location: Ilsan Bitmaru Center (60 Taegeuk-ro, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do)
• Capacity: 10 participants (+3 reserves)
• 1st Attendance Check & Wristband Distribution: 4:50 PM – 5:00 PM (KST)
• 2nd Participant Check: 5:30 PM (KST)
• Gathering Location: In front of the Ilsan Bitmaru Center (Detailed spot to be announced via X on the day)

※ IMPORTANT NOTICE ※

Those who fail to attend the 1st wristband distribution will be removed from the list, and reserve participants will be contacted in order. 

For the 2nd check, wristbands and attendance will be double-checked before guiding you into the venue, so please be sure to attend on time.

Even if you attended the 1st wristband distribution, absence from the 2nd check will result in disqualification, so please listen carefully to the on-site staff's announcements during the 1st distribution!
 

2. Application Guide

• Result Announcement: Monday, October 19, 2026, 12:00 PM (KST)
   
• Required Items
   - Valid Physical Photo ID: Resident Registration Card, Driver's License, Youth Card accompanied by an original Family Relation Certificate (Student ID not accepted), Alien Registration Card, or unexpired Passport (Screenshots, photos, or printouts of IDs are NOT accepted)
   - Big Ocean b.stage Membership/Profile Screen (Screenshots not accepted)
   - Physical copy of the [THE GREATEST BATTLE] album (Group version)
   

3. Important Guidelines

* Attendance is restricted to individuals aged 15 and older (born in 2011 or earlier). (Minors under 15 are not permitted, even if accompanied by a parent/guardian.)

*  Tickets will not be distributed outside the specified distribution times.

* Only the selected applicant may enter. Transferring or selling your spot to another person is strictly prohibited. (If caught, participation will be revoked.)

* Lost or damaged entry wristbands will NOT be reissued under any circumstances. Please take extra care of your wristband. (No entry without a valid wristband.)

* Reserve participants will be contacted on-site only if there are no-shows. Therefore, please note that even if you arrive at the venue, final admission may not be guaranteed. 

* All seats are standing-only.

* The entry order and seat placement may change depending on the situation at the venue on the day of recording.

* Leaving or moving mid-way after the recording starts is strictly prohibited, and re-entry is not allowed once you exit. 

* Photography, video recording, and audio recording of any kind (including mobile phones) are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Belongings will be inspected upon entry, and cameras are not allowed inside.

* Unauthorized personal streaming, taking photos/videos, or audio recording at the event site is prohibited. Equipment will be confiscated, and you will be escorted out. We are not responsible for any damage to equipment that occurs during this process.

* If you bring a camera or are caught recording, you will be removed immediately. The party involved assumes full responsibility for any camera damage. Specifically, anyone filming unreleased performances will be ejected immediately without prior warning. (Strict legal measures may be taken for violations, and the company assumes no legal liability.)

* Sticker seals will be attached to mobile phone camera lenses upon entry.

* Cheersticks and supporting items are allowed.

* Only bottled water with a cap is allowed inside the recording area. Other food and beverages are strictly prohibited.

* For safety reasons, please refrain from wearing slippers or Crocs.

* Letters cannot be delivered directly to the artist; they must be handed to the staff on site.

* Gifts other than letters will NOT be accepted.

* Schedule and details (check-in time and location) are subject to change depending on venue conditions. Any changes will be announced via Big Ocean's Official X/Twitter (@Big_O_cean), so please check it frequently.

* The company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by a failure to read this notice.

* Traffic congestion is expected on the day of recording, so please use public transportation if possible.
