Here is some additional information and a FAQ regarding the BIG OCEAN FALL EUROPE TOUR 2026, which begins in about two weeks.

Please read through the details below carefully, and if you have any further questions, feel free to contact us using the information provided at the bottom.

Q1. How do I exchange my ticket if I purchased it through b.stage using an Ocean Pass instead of a local link?

A. The ticket pickup line is the same regardless of where you purchased your ticket.
However, for those who purchased through b.stage using an Ocean Pass, we will check the list and exchange your ticket for a wristband.
Therefore, please make sure to present your ticket purchase history at the venue.
Additionally, if you purchased extra tickets (more than one per person), please visit with your companions and show all purchase histories together.

Q2. How do accessibility ticket holders enter the venue?

A. Upon arrival, priority entry will be provided exclusively for accessibility ticket holders.
A staff member fluent in IS (Sign Language) will be stationed on-site, and smooth communication will be available via text translation on tablets.
If you experience any inconvenience with entry or use despite holding an accessibility ticket, please feel free to ask our on-site staff at any time.

Q3. Is it impossible to purchase tickets without an Ocean Pass?

A. No, you can still purchase tickets through local links even if not using b.stage.
Please refer to previous b.stage notices or the links below for each ticket link.

Q4. I haven't received my Ocean Pass yet.

If you are eligible but still haven't received it, please double-check via the b.stage email to ensure your application was submitted correctly.
The Ocean Pass application schedule has been extended until Oct 20, 23:59 (KST), so please make sure to apply within the period and we will process it as quickly as possible.

Q5. Do snapshot tickets need to be exchanged like regular tickets?

A. For those who purchased snapshot options, we will verify the list and quantities on-site.
If you have additional purchase history, please bring and show all purchase records to prevent any discrepancies in quantity.

Q6. When will entry times for each tier be announced?

A. They are scheduled to be announced 3 days prior to the performance.
We ask for your understanding regarding the delay in the notice, and we will do our best to announce it earlier if the schedule is brought forward.

First of all, thank you so much for your great interest in the BIG OCEAN FALL EUROPE TOUR 2026.
We would like to inform you of an update regarding additional ticket purchases, which will now allow the purchase of multiple tickets per person instead of just one.
Additionally, we have included an FAQ section below, so please be sure to check it.

Current Situation

Currently, ticket purchasing access is granted exclusively to Ocean Pass holders, and payments can only be made using points.

However, for the Snapshot option, anyone can make a purchase using either a credit card or points.

Also, all tickets are currently limited to one per person.

Improvements

We are updating the system to allow the purchase of multiple tickets per person, lifting the previous one-ticket limit.

We have created a separate tab for additional purchases within the 'Shop' menu, rather than the existing 'Ticket' tab.

Therefore, PADO who wish to purchase additional tickets and Snapshot options can do so using the newly created tab.

VVIP/VIP/GA

• As before, payments can only be made with points.
• Therefore, ticket purchasing access will remain exclusive to Ocean Pass holders.
• You may purchase up to 5 additional tickets, with a strict limit of 6 tickets in total per person.
• Shop - [ADD TICKET]

SNAPSHOT

• As before, payments can be made with credit cards and points.
• Multiple Snapshot options can be purchased per person.
If you wish to make additional purchases, please use the newly created tab.
• Shop - [ADD SNAPSHOT]

Ticket Sales Schedule

October 1st at 12:00 PM (Local Time)~

Please Note

If you are purchasing only one ticket, you must do so through the 'Ticket' tab.

The tickets available in the [ADD TICKET] / [ADD SNAPSHOT] tab are strictly for additional purchases, so please make sure to use the [Ticket] / [SNAPSHOT] tab if you are buying a single ticket.

For those who have made additional purchases, please make sure to present your additional purchase confirmation during the on-site ticket verification.

Additionally, when making additional purchases, please make sure to provide the names and contact numbers of all companions.
Tickets can be exchanged on-site after verifying the list of names.

Please note that the same policy applies to additional ticket purchases: cancellations are not permitted from 12:00 AM the day before the concert, and ticket sales will close at 10:00 AM on the same day.

For more details on ticket, please refer to the ticket detail page and our previous notice.

Additional FAQ

1. Are accessibility tickets available for those who did not receive an Ocean Pass?

On b.stage, ticket purchasing access is exclusively granted to Ocean Pass holders, and this policy applies to accessibility tickets as well.

However, accessibility tickets can also be purchased through the local venue's ticket link.
Therefore, if you do not have an Ocean Pass, please use the local venue link to make your purchase.

2. Can I specify which member I wish to take a photo with when purchasing a Snapshot?

Yes, you can take a photo with the member of your choice on-site.

3. Can I purchase multiple tickets and Snapshots without any quantity limits?

You can purchase up to 6 tickets per person.
Therefore, additional purchases are limited to 5 tickets.
However, please note that tickets available on b.stage can only be purchased using Ocean Pass points.

You must first purchase one ticket through the [Ticket] tab, and then use the [ADD TICKET] tab to make any additional purchases.
On the day of the concert, please present both your first ticket and the confirmation of your additional purchases on-site, and we will exchange the additional purchase confirmation for your tickets. Please keep this in mind.

Similarly, you can purchase multiple SNAPSHOT options without any quantity limits.

You must first purchase one ticket through the [SNAPSHOT] tab, and then use the [ADD SNAPSHOT] tab to make any additional purchases.
Also, we will verify both your ticket and the additional purchase confirmation on-site on the day of the concert.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during the ticket purchase process.
We will do our absolute best to ensure a satisfactory experience for everyone.

Thank you.

Parastar Entertainment

VVIP/VIP/GA

• Shop - [ADD TICKET]

SNAPSHOT

• Shop - [ADD SNAPSHOT]

1. Ocean Pass

We would like to provide additional information regarding recent updates to ticket sales and address various related questions.

Update Details

SNAPSHOT OPTION

Previous: Purchase access limited to users with refunded Ocean Pass points → Updated: Available to both users with refunded Ocean Pass points AND all b.stage members

Previous: Only available for purchase with b.stage points
→ Updated: Available for purchase with b.stage points AND credit cards

(Please note that credit card payments will incur a processing fee, resulting in a slight price increase. We ask for your understanding.)

Since the SNAPSHOT OPTION is available for everyone to purchase, a separate category has been created for it.
We have attached the link at the bottom of this notice, so please make sure to check it.

FAQ

1. Do I need to purchase a GA ticket if I buy a VVIP/VIP package?

No. VVIP, VIP, and GA tickets are priced separately because they offer different fan benefits.
Please note that all tickets include general admission by default; the difference lies in the specific fan benefits.
Therefore, you can simply choose the ticket tier (VVIP/VIP/GA) that offers the benefits you prefer.
Please make sure to check the prices, as they vary for each ticket type.
Please refer to the detailed fan benefits for each package listed below.
You can also check the exact prices and benefits on the ticket details page!

• VVIP PACKAGE
  • FAN SIGNING & FAN CHAT ( 30 seconds per member)
  • HI-TOUCH, SOUND CHECK
  • PRE-SIGNED POSTER, PHOTOCARD SET A (3 Individual member cards + 1 group card)
  • FIRST ENTRY, VVIP BADGE

• VIP PACKAGE
  • HI-TOUCH, SOUND CHECK
  • PRE-SIGNED POSTER, PHOTOCARD SET B (3 Individual member cards + 1 group card)
  • SECOND ENTRY, VIP BADGE

• GENERAL ADMISSION
  • PHOTO CARD (Random 1 of 8)

2. Will there be a presale for previous ticket buyers?

We apologize, but we will not be holding a separate pre-sale.

3. Can I only purchase tickets with points on b.stage?

Yes, tickets for the Fall Europe Tour sold on b.stage can only be purchased using points.
However, as an exception, the SNAPSHOT OPTION is exclusively available on b.stage, so both points and credit card payments are accepted for this option.
For all other tickets, please note that you can purchase them with a credit card through the local ticketing links provided in the announcement.

4. What if my refunded Ocean Pass points are less than the ticket price?
Can I still make a purchase?

Please note that 1 b.stage point is equivalent to 10 KRW.
Example) 8 points = 80 KRW

Additionally, if your Ocean Pass points are insufficient for your desired ticket, you can purchase a lower-tier ticket using your points first.
Then, you can pay for an upgrade via credit card on the local ticketing link to receive the higher-tier ticket benefits.
Example) Purchase a VIP ticket on b.stage → Purchase an upgrade ticket via the local link → Receive VVIP ticket benefits

You can find more detailed information through the ticket links attached below.

Big Ocean Fall Europe Tour 2026 is coming!

Tickets for this fall's Europe tour will be sold through the b.stage Shop – Ticket section.

**Please be sure to read the notice below.**

Please note that tickets sold on b.stage can only be purchased using Ocean Pass points. Therefore, the link will only be open and visible to PADO who have received Ocean Pass points.

For general purchases, tickets can be bought with the same options through the separately attached link, rather than the b.stage link.

If you purchase through the b.stage ticket link and pay by credit card, the purchase will be canceled.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please be sure to use the venue link instead of the b.stage link.

However, if you make a false report about the Ocean Pass even though you are not eligible for point purchase, you will be given a warning, and there may be restrictions and disadvantages to your fan activities in the future. Please be sure to note this point.

If you didn't have enough points to purchase a higher-tier ticket, you can still upgrade by paying the difference through the local venue link!

Please check each sales link for ticket information and details specific to each country.
